I know that it is possible to have my regular web server, running apache on
Solaris, get the results of a CF template a different server running CF.
I know this is possible by having a module installed on the apache server
which sends request for .cfm pages to the CF server which remember is on a
different machine. The CF server has to have a .ini file modified and a
network listener module installed so it knows to except requests from the
apache server. I know that the listener module is located at
<C:\CFUSION\BIN\cfdist.exe>, but I don't know where the apache part is at.
My main question is how to setup and configure this setup both on the CF
server side and on the apache side. I found a document which describes this
setup but not now to do it here
(C:/Program%20Files/Allaire/ColdFusion%20Studio%204.5/Help/Administering_Col
dFusion_Server/03_Configuring_ColdFusion_Server/cf~admin0325.htm) in the CF
documentation.
If anyone could help me in setting this up I would really appreciate it.
Thanks in advance,
