OK, so I got one response to this post. (MM must be very pleased that there are so few issues involved with upgrading from 6.1 to 7 or maybe they are upset because no one is upgrading. hmmm)
From what I can see running through the 7 upgrade will actually produce a 6.1 install and a 7 install, is this correct? If the above is true, is it recommended to uninstall 6.1? Is it better to uninstall 6.1 and then do a fresh install of 7? If uninstall and fresh install is better, what do we need to save to transfer settings, datasources, and etc? Thanks!
