You could get them with content. I assume they're not a client of yours. So you could put some content on the page about much better your products are than the ones at giftcardbuy.com. You could offer some special deal for giftcardbuy.com customers who buy from you.
Then the customers would be going to giftcardbuy.com and reading how much better things are on your site instead. That ought to give giftcardbuy.com an incentive to get off their lazy butts and write theri own content.
