Unless they somehow are stealing customer information. Also, how would you feel if you went into McDonald's and they were selling Burger King Whoppers, rewrapped. Sure, you can say Burger King should be happy since they made money. But, I don't think Burger King would appreciate the McDonald's name on their product.
