I don't see a way to solve the issue of a refresh submitting the form again.
Any ideas how to solve that?

Thank you to Michael and Jared for replying on this. I did more searching
around for a solution using Javascript redirects as you suggested and found
this article on Hal Helms website that explained the process more
thoroughly. Apparently I'm not the only coder who has struggled with this
same issue. The specific item is "2. Kill Your Back Button!" at
http://www.halhelms.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=newsletters.mar2001 .

I have adapted it to fit the Fusebox 4 methodology using the cflogin tag.
You'd think that I'd be able to find a FB4 example somewhere, but no such
luck. If anyone wants a copy, I'll send it to you in a zip file.

Happy coding!
