Sean.

i hit "SELECT ALL" or whatever that option is.

didnt go into each one to check (effin shoulda!) like
i have EVERY other time, and EVERY other time it was
spot on, but regardless... when i begin the deployment
and select the .car file, and look at whats being deployed,
it has all my mappings, and all my datasources, my verity
information, and all the stuff it should have "listed" at least,
it says it's done (Well it did the first time, but now gives
me an error, as i think its choking on the verity trying to
re-deploy.)

here are some things:

1. it wasnt installed under the same dir's as the previous install
and i read somewhere that there is something with that... however,
when i look at the log, (the error log, or the deployment
log, forget what its called...) it looks like its trying to do stuff in
the "OLD" directory.

2. the size of this .car was like 64kb or something like that.
2.1 the size of a previous .car from sept. as a backup was like 70+mb
and that just seems odd. when i try to deploy that, the popup wizard
seems to hang... no error?

anyway, doesnt seem like ANYONE has this problem... so, it must be
the makeup of my .car files.

ive recreated most of what was lost... thank goodness for a production server
that has all the datasources, and mappings, and this was a DEV box :)

any ideas why that would show all those things, and not deploy?

strange. its weird, ive done this 10-15 times, and its worked EVERY other
time just this once :) when i told my IT Director that it was going to
be flawless grrrrrrrrr

:) take it easy.
