Right there, it says at the bottom of the first set of fixes ("CFML
Tag-Related Issues") that the issue (53320) was fixed in the updater. And I
had to argue with people to install the updater on our servers.
Note that there is no hotfix for this - the only way to fix it is to install
6.1 Updater or 7. Using cookie instead of session is really, really bad, as
it leaves the username and password in a base64-encoded string in a cookie
for any muggins to steal.
