I'd also say that any programming framework which relies on a not-configurable database naming convention (as opposed to allowing db naming conventions to be configured in the framework if not ignored) has a significant limitation if not an outright flaw. The onTap framework uses database meta-data reported by the database to determine such things as column names, foreign key constraints, etc. to provide a number of its more powerful features -- working in reverse, gathering the data which actually drives the database from its engine, rather than relying on naming conventions to provide schema information. It's really the only way to be certain the information is correct.
