ah, I applied  JRun 4 updater 5

I just tried to reproduce this issue and cannot on our dev server.  I
did verify the jrun.dll is new also.   This updater adresses the SSL
issue in IIS as well as other things.

 Looks like its an issue with the CFMX patch then, eh?
