Thanks Jim, but still a problem. I am using: file://g:/applications/foobar.exe
There are several applications in that directory. SOME of the applications launch without a hitch, but when I use this particular FoxPro application I get the "File security.exe does not exist" error. Note that this is a FoxPro Error Message generated by the application. It is not an IE error message. Strangely, if I go to the command line and enter g:/applications/foobar.exe the application runs fine, with no reference to security.exe. Apparently the OS can tell from whence the application is being started??? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Find out how CFTicket can increase your company's customer support efficiency by 100% http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=49 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:4:201429 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/4 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:4 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.4 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
