The article states:

Go into ColdFusion Administrator, click the Verity link (note the path to the 
directories for each on your hard drive in parenthesis), and delete these two 
collections:
 
Forums_CFForums_Messages 
Forums_CFForums_Subjects
 
<b>Then, go into the file system and delete the directories that correspond to 
the two Verity collections you just deleted.</b>

When they say file system, do they mean do a manual delete through Windows?

Also, the article goes on to talk about reindexing. I had not thought of this 
concerning CF. I run an app on Novell that I requires reindexing every other 
day.  Do you have to maintain CF/a CF database in the same fashion?
