Another problem I have had with about 50% of my installs on NT boxes is
that the CF Installer does not always make the necessary setting changes in
the IIS admin (IIS or CF Problem?). Under Properties for the server (in
IIS Manager right click) -> Home Directory -> Configuration make sure that
the .cfm and .dbm App mapings are pointing to
[CFServerLocation]\bin\iscf.dll . Once those are there it has always
started working.
