Actually, it seems like the only time this matters is at first loading. Once
the template is compiled into p-code, the switch statement is pretty much
lightning fast. It's better than <cfif>'s. Granted, 2000 cfswitch statements
on first-loading took my little dev box here an average of 950 ms to
compile. After the first load it goes down between 0 and 10.
