I wasn't taking a pot shot at you at all jared (actually you are one of the ppl i like the most on here). There are enough ppl on here that host with hms and havent heard a complaint yet, except for your friends, I get the same service as you get from your ppl, i'm on a first name basis with almost everyone there and I certainly wouldnt move to a host that only 1 person has been recommending and pay more than double, do you know what I mean. I'm not saying they are bad or anything but just that nobody knows except for you.
