I'm going to guess that the line number is slightly off and it is
actually trying to refer to the <cfrethrow> tag and therefore the real
error is inside your display fuse. Maybe.

Create an exception plugin that just dumps cfcatch to see whether that
offers more insight (like a more accurate tag context).
