Just FYI, I didn't create the multiple instances in the JRun JMC tool.  I used 
the new instance manager in the CFMX7 administrator to create the new instances.

Still can't figure it out.  On my dev server I get the errors listed in the 
original e-mail, on my production server I just get blank pages (and yes they 
have width and height set).
