You can't use standard CFMail for sending a BCC.  There are two solutions
that you can try for this:

CFX_Mail2 from www.Fuseware.com
inFusion POST Server SE: http://www.coolfusion.com/post_se.htm

Add a header to the mail like:

Reply-to: emailaddress

The remote mail client should recognize the header and the reply should go
to the email address that you specified in there.
