If you're using the built-in JRun web server, the web root directory for
that is \jrun4\servers\cfusion\cfusion-ear\cfusion-war\. If you're using an
external web server, the web root directory is wherever you've configured it
to be. That doesn't have anything to do specifically with CFCs, which will
be referenced using mappings when invoked as components, and referenced via
URL paths when invoked as web services.
