I'm really not sure what they do, I just know that when I need to use it i have to ask them to enable it. I guess I shoulda asked if the version you are using is the dev version or a paid version, might be a difference there. You can call hms and ask, they'd probably tell you what they do 877-215-4678 ( i think)
