RIght. The enhancement was to allow 'var' inside <cfscript> inside
<cffunction>. Previously you had to either use <cfset var...> inside
<cffunction> before you switched to <cfscript> or write the entire
function inside <cfscript>, losing all the argument checking etc.

CFMX 7 has not changed this.
