Just a guess here, but I think if you read between the lines in the press release, it's not too much of a leap to put 2 + 2 together here. My guess is that Macromedia has the vision and the inovation, but is (and this is speculation on my part) under capitialized. Adobe is solid, a bit more conservative, but better capitalized. Together, they would be a solid, inovative software company that can better compete with the big dogs (read Microsoft). If there is somebody out there that is into reading financial statements and doing stock analysis, tell me, am I wrong?
