I'll plug my own cms. CMPro 4.0 went out a couple of days ago. Most of its feature set was driven by a big job I had for a government agency in the Far East, and an ISP who was actually the client of one of my customers. But it scales right down to the single user very nicely as well. You can skin it to make it look like just about anything.

ViewletCam has some weird bugs hiding in it if you lay down your sound track separately and splice it in later.
