I can't 100% confirm it...but yes...that's the point...any supported J2EE 
server regardless of OS (it's all Java byte code after all).

There was a good discussion on licencing a  few weeks back...check the 
archives for [EMAIL PROTECTED] and "J2EE"...you'll find it.

The short answer is you need a licence for every server it's deployed on 
;-)

-the exception of course is your dev server where you can run the dev 
edition
-you can package the app with or without the serial num (without it and the 
first run on new server will ask for one)
