I have figured out that this only works with .cfm files. I have set .html files to resolve cold fusion templates and updated the two jrun config files and everything works great, except the missing template handler. Does anyone have a clue one where or how I can make the missing template handler work with .html files that are handle through CF. I am getting a CF error back that the template is missing. I can not use IIS and redirect the 404 template there because I am using url variable rewritting for search engine friendly urls. Basically, my front page will work, but everything after that is seen as a missing template, even though it really isn't. I have used the missing template successfully before. I can not get it to work now though and I have no explanation why. -----Original Message----- From: Nathan Strutz [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Monday, April 25, 2005 2:39 PM To: CF-Talk Subject: Re: Missing template The CF administrator setting for missing template handler is only for missing CF templates. Go to yoursite.com/abcdefg.cfm and you should see it. To get it to catch all missing files on your web site, you will have to find your web server's equivalent and point it to your 404 page. -nathan strutz Christian Watt wrote: > CFMX Standard, I can not get the missing template handler to work.
