That doesn't force the session to expire when the browser closes. It simply
causes the cookies used by the browser to associate itself with that session
to be discarded when the browser is closed.

So, for example, let's say I fetch your page in my browser, then I
immediately close it. By default, my session will still be stored on the
server for about 20 minutes; I just won't be able to get to it with my
browser.
