I see problems all the time with users not seeing pages correctly and in every case its been a norton error. As soon as they disable norton the pages work fine and in a case where I was there and say it happen I looked at source and it just had an error that started with syn_error, wasn't to hard to figure that one out.
Most recently, users using the cfdocument pages at one site wouldn't see anything and in every case it was norton. Draw your own conclusions...........
