You can use either Directory Level Security through IIS or a CF
authentication solution.  The CF solution may be difficult to transport over
to ASP (and vice versa), but Directory Level Security can really be a pain
in the @$$, and can potentially open your server up to more vulnerabilities
because you are playing with NT's security model.
