Actually, FedEx does have an XML-based API as well, although it seems to be 
really particular about your post headers and I've not been able to get it to 
work through CFHTTP yet (kind of ditched it for other projects for the moment). 
Might work with CFX_HTTP where you have better control of the headers that it 
sends through.
