Well if you take the approach many IT decision makers do...Java costs more 
to develop with...therefore it must be better ;-)

Like I said...I showed a bunch of Java developers (high level ones at that) 
CFMX 7 a few weeks back....and every one of them saw how much 
easier/faster/cheaper their dev would be with CFMX for J2EE.

The downside is they have provinical govt. clients that all follow the 
herd...so if the ministry next door uses pure Java...then so will they.  I 
mean...we can't have anyone make a real decision and have it be the wrong 
one (not that a switch to CF would be wrong)....they could get blamed for 
it...oh my NOOOOooooOOoooo.
