By not showing a banner ad, it gives the impression that CFMX7 is only a minor update and that there is no need to spend this year's upgrade budget to get it. No new features, just a bunch of bug fixes. Nothing to get excited about. Because as we know, every CF Developer subscribes to this list and already knew about the new version anyway.
