What about
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: coldfusion/filter/RequestMonitorFilter

at
coldfusion.filter.RequestMonitorFilter.isFilterEnabled()Z(RequestMonitorFilter.java:???)
        at
coldfusion.CfmServlet.getFilterChain(Ljavax.servlet.ServletRequest;)Lcoldfusion.filter.FusionFilter;
(CfmServlet.java:59)                                     at
coldfusion.CfmServlet.service(Ljavax.servlet.ServletRequest;Ljavax.se
rvlet.ServletResponse;)V(CfmServlet.java:101)

which is the last thing we see before the application has to be redeployed to
clear the error.
All users see a 500 server error, but other applications continue to run OK.
