You can create a CAR file, as Qasim suggested. Alternatively, you can copy
the neo-cron.xml file (if you're using CFMX) or the appropriate registry key
or part of cf.registry, if you're using an earlier version. Copying those
files or registry keys assumes that you're using the same version of CF on
both ends of the copy process, though.
