I noticed that on the admin login page for CF7 that there is some nifty client-side Javascript that encrypts your string using the SHA-1 algorithm. Presumably after the form posts to the server CF is using one of the new encryption algorithms available in 7.0 to decrypt the information and check against the admin password. Is anyone aware of a Javascript library that would work with the encryption used in 6.1? I want to do something similar for one of my applications but our CF7 upgrade is probably 3-6 months out.
