To reply to this original question, yes I have recently been seeing this on the 6.1 server I am on at Crystaltech. The previous discussions I believe revolved around problems on CF7, and tech support was of no help, as the problem was intermittent and they would only look into it if I could give them the exact steps to reproduce. I ended up putting some extra error trapping on my site, so at least if a customer runs into it, they get a message about what to do (close the browser and then start again). I haven't run into it myself in the last few days, so maybe someone there that has a clue go it straightened out.
