I am sure there are good reasons why MM doesnt support it and I don't see where 
MM disses him as a customer either.
 It's more like MM can't control what Tomcat does.

Don't let this attitude stop you, Wolf. Jboss isn't officially supported,
either, but with a little time and patience, I was able to successfully find
several options for deploying CF7 on Jboss. I wish I could help you with the
Tomcat-specific issues, but so far we've only done Jboss. Just keepplugging
away at it. It's hard when MM (should we start saying Adobe now?) basically
dismisses you as a customer, but it can be a fun and rewarding experience.
