I'm a big fan of the multiserver deployment option, which allows you to run separate instances of CFMX on a single machine. I think that, hands down, this is the most valuable Enterprise-only feature. If you're in a J2EE environment already, the ability to deploy your applications as EAR or WAR files may be very valuable.
