I don't think it's a problem with the include() function (although
it's not one I'm familiar with -- or likely to use). Although it looks
like you want a form field value, in which case you should always use
the forms collection when attempting to fetch the form, i.e.
document.forms.Resident.HTENANT.value
also make sure your form and input names are the same case and not
name="resident" or name="htENaNt". :)
