Hi Eric, If by RIA you mean Flash, I'd suggest going to the Macromedia site and checking out their mobile section. // The idea of being offline or online is something MM Central takes care of. Of course, I find it much easier to implement this functionality from a standalone app using SQLite++ as it's more easy to customize given different situations...
