Because then I would be tempted to play, and I don't have time to play. I just 
want something packaged that I can load into a folder, copy the poll tables 
into my db, add a key from my user table to identify who is submitting the 
poll, and go. 

I may just write it myself anyway, but I am trying hard to resist the urge for 
re-invention.
