IMHO, RIAs are good for interactive application functionality, but should not 
be used where SEO is important. Maybe you could put the key elements of your 
content into meta tags.

Another possibility is that you could examine the http_user_agent and include 
the text-only homepage when you see the googlebot or other search engine bot, 
but include the Flash homepage when you see MSIE, Firefox, NS, Opera, etc.
