Thanks for the suggestions guys,

Oddly enough... I guess something wasn't quite right in the migration
of settings from my Red Sky installation to the new CF7
installation... Until just now I hadn't bothered to try simply
pressing the "submit changes" button on the debugging settings page,
since all the settings were presumably correct. Just hitting the
submit button (without actually changing any of the settings)
immediately made my CF7 installation display all the debugging
information. I wonder if I should submit this as a bug report...

Has anybody else had any problems like this when migrating CF server
settings from Red Sky? My concern of course is that it might not be
limited to debugging, and there may be other cf admin pages which need
to be manually confirmed before certain features will work properly.
