[CF-Talk] Help with page not found error on my website intermitantly ?????

I have had some people look at the website from overseas and the
three of them each in different countries told be they were getting pages
cannot be found error and then after multiple refreshes the top nav bar
would appear and the bottom page would not be found or then visa versa and
then after many refreshes then both pages would appear.

How is this possible. The pages are all there and working however sometimes
they appear and then other times they do not.

What could be the possible causes of this. If it was errors in the coding of
the pages then the errors would occur continuously would they not ??
