I just can't imagine stereotyping clients like that and waiving the opportunities that go along with them. I am in the process, right now, of moving the biggest Access-based system I have ever seen into SQL Server. Something like 80 mdb files and I have no idea how many tables. Its a municipal services web site for a fairly large U.S. county and they're thrilled to have someone able to help them slowly work them thru the conversion, along with a whole bunch of other related work. The original gig was rewriting a couple of templates for them every week or so. I pointed out the issues with Access and made some recommendations and now this is going to be a major part of what is very likely going to be -- slowly but surely -- a rewrite of their entire system. -- --mattRobertson-- Janitor, MSB Web Systems mysecretbase.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Logware (www.logware.us): a new and convenient web-based time tracking application.
