Like I said I am not part of the team that makes those decisions/recommendations nor do I want to be part of that team. I'm going to take a wild stab and say that subversion was not around long enough to be considered mature enough for the company. If there's no migration path from Clearcase to Subversion then that might be another reason they did not want to use it. Like I said though I don't know. For all I know no one knows about subversion; maybe I'll ask around and see. There seems to be a lot of uniformed people around here.
