Ray, I would add to that, that I have had to rerun the connector script (iisconnector.bat I think) after adding a new site and wanting to use remoting. The only visible change that it affected was a Jrunscripts directory. So the next time it happened I simply added a virutal map to the Jrunscripts directory and that did the trick.
