If you're talking real-time video or audio feed stuff... than I can dig up
the one I built with Flash/Flashcom.

If you're looking for text only messaging, this can be easily done with a
Java socket server and Flash.

Were considering XIGLA http://www.xigla.com/absolutels/index.htm but they
don't have a multi domain license or server wide license.
