Other than commenting on Plum's lack of cross-platform support - and therefore its irrelevancy to me, I can't provide deeper comment because I can't evaluate Plum. It doesn't run on a platform that I use. Which part of the above is inaccurate? The CHM documentation is not cross-platform. The Plum IDE is not cross-platform. The framework is not available separately.
