I like MyDomain.com - they support DNS management (NS, MX, CNAME, A and TXT records) via a web interface. They also do email forwarding, URL forwarding, parking, and transfer locking. I've got 18 domains there now and have been using them for several years. They have a transfer special going one now: all transfers (with one year registration) are $7.50 (normally it's $8.50).
