We're currently planning a move away from Crystal due to licensing costs and the nightmare in trying to hook up CF to XI.
We're actually still running on V8.5 but had started to evaluate XI. However due to hair pulling and PC damage (from being thrown against walls) we're now looking elsewhere. In regards Business Objects ... well, the less said about them the better. Sorry I can't be of more help!
