> I had a talk with their server guy, and he informed me that I wouldn't be able to FTP my updates to the site
I ran into the same issue doing a site for a county animal shelter. The bureaucratic hassle was so great -- and the delay in posting timely photos of animals otherwise scheduled for euthanasia, that the shelter volunteers simply bought their own domain to host the site. One alternative might be for you to post your updates to /your/ ftp server somewhere and let the university's sysadmin grab them from there and post them -- saving the hassle of in person delivery of that thumb drive. ------------- Regards, Bob Haroche O n P o i n t S o l u t i o n s www.OnPointSolutions.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Logware (www.logware.us): a new and convenient web-based time tracking application.
